Step one: strip the cars interior
Step two: Sound proof all the doors, rear seat area and boot.
Step three: Run cables for Audio and power from the battery to the amplifier, and form the head unit to the amp, (run power away from RCA Audio cables at all times.)
Step four: Then fit C5 coxials speakers into front doors.
Step five: Then fit head unit and wire up the amp
Step six: Then onto the custom fibreglass/wood enclosure housing in the rear with a 10 inch JL sub, located in the arm rest area.
Step seven: You need to cover the amp and sub build, to make the whole install look factory fitted and unseen, but the sound is pure quality.
Step eight: Rebuild your car and enjoy the quality sound.
This is a quick description of how to install audio. All the audio in the Evo is JL audio. Matrix would rate all the JL Audio as number one for audio products, as they have won many awards for sound off compatitions and audio product of the year, and this still continues to grow year after year.
